When you subscribe, I collect your email address, the place on this website where you subscribed, the date you confirmed, and the version of the consent wording you accepted.

Why I use it

I use this information only to send occasional emails about apps, films, and making things. The legal basis is your consent, which you give by completing the email confirmation process.

Who processes it

Resend stores the subscriber list and delivers the emails on my behalf. I do not sell the list or share it for another company’s marketing.

How long I keep it

I keep your subscriber record while you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe, a minimal suppression record may be retained so that you are not accidentally emailed again.

Your choices

Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link. You can also ask to access, correct, or delete your information by emailing fred@frederickjames.com.
